Butler & Company was created in 1993 by Sandy Mathy and Carolyn Mueller to help manage employee benefits for small business in Northeast Wisconsin.
In 2013, we changed our focus to Individuals and Seniors, and Main Street Health Insurance was born.

SANDY MATHY - Founder, President
After being in the health insurance industry for over 50 years I had a personal mission to educate those in my community on something that many have a very difficult time navigating. Medicare, Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act. With this mission I wanted to create a safe space for those needing to gain the knowledge they need to understand their healthcare benefits and options. At no cost, we help find individuals health plans that best fits their personal healthcare needs and have the comfort of walking in our door to a place that feels like home.
CAROLYN MUELLER - VP Operations, Agent-Green Bay
After spending several years as a claims analyst for a national insurance company, I became the first employee of Butler & Company in 1993. I've worn many different hats over the years - underwriter, programmer, group account manager, janitor - but I enjoy working with people face-to-face the most. Getting to know people as individuals allows me to use my 35+ years in health insurance to find the right plans for their needs.
In my spare time, I enjoy volunteering, crocheting, a good book, and spending as much time with family as I can.
